This patient had a devastating accident which chipped a few of his teeth and ultimately caused him to lose his front tooth, ruining his smile. During treatment he had a temporary fabricated to replace his missing tooth so he could go out and about. Soft tissue augmentation with subsequent implant placement with porcelain crowns and a veneer were treatment planned for him to restore his smile and to naturally blend in with his own dentition. With a dental implant placed together with porcelain restorations he not only had confidence that his teeth were durable and strong, but that it looked great and he could smile again.
