Implant Dentistry for two missing teeth
This patient had been missing her lateral incisors since birth and wanted them replaced with permanent teeth. She had done her research and did not want her healthy teeth filed down for a bridge and instead opted for implants with individual crowns which would mimic a natural tooth the most. She also decided to bleach her teeth for a very impressive smile

Without damaging her surrounding teeth, two implants were placed and allowed to heal for several months. Once they were ready the soft tissue was carefully manipulated for a natural form to drape the final ceramic restorations.
